To register as a referrer with us, we require that your organisation has a safeguarding policy in place. Our safegauring policy can be found here.
Contact Details
Applications will be rejected if you are unable to provide correct and appropriate contact details. Please read the following guidelines:
  1. All referrers must use the contact details associated with the organisation that they represent when supporting the families that they wish to put forward.
  2. For IT security and safeguarding reasons, we do not accept any applications from email addresses that end with account providers such as; @gmail, @hotmail, @outlook etc.
  3. For data protection reasons, the email address that you use must be specific to yourself and cannot be a shared email account such as info@, admin@ etc.
  4. The same rules apply for line manager details in the next section.
  5. In an urgent matter regarding holiday applications we may contact the line manager details provided.

  • By registering to become a referrer you are agreeing to receive operational email updates from us that detail when we are open for applications as well as other important updates. Please keep a look out for these emails and bear in mind that you may miss important updates if you choose to unsubscribe from this communication. We have been made aware that some referrers do not receive communication from us therefore we would recommend adding the following emails to your safe sender list:
