Who reads pages and pages of terms and conditions?! But it’s important that you know that by paying your registration fee, you are showing you understand the terms and conditions. A quick summary of the main points for you:

A non-refundable registration fee of £100 needs to be paid within 14 days of your place confirmation to secure your place.
We have offered you a place with a minimum fundraising pledge of £1,900 (without gift aid), to be paid by 8th June 2025 (6 weeks after the event).
A minimum of 25% of your fundraising target (£475) should be raised by 2nd February 2025 (12 weeks before the event).
A minimum of 50% of your fundraising target (£950) should be raised by 16th March 2025 (6 weeks before the event).
100% of the fundraising pledge (£1,900) should be raised by 8th June 2025 (6 weeks after the event).
The event is organised by a third party – you also need to register with the event as per instructions we share, and that you understand the organisation of the event is outside of our control.
