1. Interpretation
The following definitions and rules of interpretation apply in relation to these terms and conditions:

2. Introduction
2.1 By participating in this draw 'The Draw' you agree to these terms and conditions.
2.2 The Draw is organised by Family Holiday Charity, a registered charity in England and Wales (800262) and Scotland (SC048203). Registered Company Number 02301337. Our registered office is at Family Holiday Charity, Canopi, 82 Tanner Street, London SE1 3GN
3. How to Enter
3.1 The Draw is free to enter.
3.2 The Draw is open to all families supported by Family Holiday Charity.
3.3 Each completed survey will equal one entry to the relevant Draw for that 12-month period that it was completed in. The surveys that are included are:
- Survey 1: Family Pre-holiday Questions
- Survey 2: Family Post-holiday Questions
- Survey 3: Family 6 Months Post-Holiday Questions
- Survey 4: Family 12 Months Post-Holiday Questions
3.4 Participants can complete 1, 2, 3 or all 4 surveys. Each completed survey will equal one entry into the Draw.
3.5 Only one entry per survey is permitted.
3.6 If you would like to submit feedback by post, please contact Family Holiday Charity to request a postal version of the survey.
4. The Prize
4.1 The prize consists of an e-voucher from our chosen supplier worth £100 which can be redeemed at a selection of well-known supermarkets and some restaurants.
4.2 The e-voucher is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.3 The e-vouchers are subject to availability and Family Holiday Charity reserves the right to substitute the e-voucher with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winner Selection
5.1 Eight winners will be chosen per calendar year whilst the offer of the Draw is still in operation. The prize draw runs from 1st January to 31st December, with winners being selected within 14 days after 31st December.
5.2 The winners will be selected at random using a computer-generated process and witnessed by an independent person.
5.3 The winners will be notified by email or phone, using the contact details provided in the original application form, within 14 days of the draw date, which marks the end of the draw period.
5.4 If a winner does not respond to us within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
6. Receipt of the Prize
6.1 The e-voucher will be sent via email to the winner within 14 days of the winner accepting the Prize.
6.2 Once the voucher is redeemed via the on-line portal the supermarket or restaurant cannot be amended.
6.3 We will not be held responsible for e-vouchers that go missing due to in correct email addresses being provided in the holiday application or if the participant no longer has access to the email address provided.
7. Data Protection and Publicity
7.1 We will only process your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy available at Privacy Policy | Family Holiday Charity
7.2 We will not publicly announce the name of the winner on our website or social media. However we will consider all reasonable requests for access to winners name if requested.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Insofar as is permitted by law, we will not be held responsible for, or liable to compensate the winner for, any additional costs, expenses, loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize. Your statutory rights are not affected.
9. General
9.1 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page or our website.
9.2 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Family Holiday Charity may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the draw.
9.3 We reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
9.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Participants agree that any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
